The Amp app has been deprecated. My short, but valuable journey with AMP as "DJ Kazerific" has come to an end on 31-OCT-2023 and this post is my final farewell. I diligently hosted a total of nine shows once a week for my AMP shows, "Kazerific," which focused on my personal music inspirations and the "All Rounders at SM Entertainment" show, which focused on highlighting the music of SM artists. I had an incredible journey on this app, which forced me into a commitment whether or not I had listeners or up to six listeners, which is my personal high amount on a show (not including myself because that is my husband's favorite question). I wanted to write about my experience even though the shows looked easy to create every week, but it was not easy. https://www.onamp.com/ no longer exists and is seemingly wiped off the internet. Welcome to the "All Rounders at SM Entertainment" show where you can listen to DJ Kazerific live on AMP. This is a specific radio show in dedication to SM Entertainment songs and their artists.
Tune in to hear all my favorite songs from SM Entertainment. I have a great line-up of songs this week and an overflowing selection of songs.

Unfortunately, AMP announced this month that AMP is closing down by 31-OCT-2023.
Next week will be my final show so please come and support the show to the very end. I will try to select songs for Halloween and also SM's best songs, which will be tough to put into a one-hour long show since there are so many great songs out there. I am thinking about also writing a farewell "behind the scenes on AMP" post to also close out this blog. I am not sure if I would ever revive this show on a different platform, but I am always open to opportunities if there is interest. Please look forward to the post after my show ends.
Earlier this week in SM Entertainment news, was the arrest of the CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of Kakao on charges of market manipulation of SM Entertainment's stock price, supposedly to stop Hybe from taking over SM Entertainment back in February. In addition, the arrest warrant also includes the CIO "destroying evidence or fleeing." No matter what happens at Kakao, SM Entertainment continues to operate as normal and Pink Blood fans (Pink Blood is SM Entertainment's fan name) should not be worried about the situation of SM Entertainment.
The NCT New Team also released their pre-release Japanese song titled, "Hands Up" on 19-OCT-2023. I recommend everybody to check out their new music video and I can easily put this song on repeat. I probably listened to it dozens of times already and well fans already made the video surpass 1 million views. Unfortunately, this song was not available on AMP or else I would play it. If you are interested, I performed a full review of the LASTART show that led to the creation of the NCT New Team.

NCT 127 - Parade (행진)
I meant to play some NCT 127 songs from their new album, "Fact Check." I selected this song as there was a practice dance video to this song and I like how it shows how tight the group performance is in the video. The opening chant was charming.
This is a great song to start off the K-pop Halloween parade.
Chanyeol - 그래도 돼 Good Enough
This is a new song release, a digital single from Chanyeol of Exo. It is a song that is easy to listen to and relax.
NCT 127 - Real Life
No matter how tough it is in life, being with the person you love is the real life and what is important.
This is another great song from NCT 127's newest album, "Fact Check."
Raiden - Love Right Back (feat. TAEIL of NCT lIlBOI)
I haven't played any Raiden songs on my show so far, but this is probably my favorite song by Raiden. I especially like how he tried to play the guitar in the video. It's got great vocals by Taeil and rap by lIlBOI.
This is another relaxing song to listen to and not the usual dance music that can be overpowering the mind and body. This song is moving on from a heartbreak and not going back to the person one broke up with and feeling free after a break-up.
SuperM - Wish you were here
This is SM's super male group, SuperM, which I think I haven't played on my show yet. Last week, I played SM's super female group, GOT the beat. This week, I chose "Wish you were here" as I had forgotten how great this song was and Youtube brought this song up on my playlist.
If anybody is missing a loved one, this is the perfect song.
I also felt this song is too short. I need to listen to this three or four times to feel satisfied.

Yesung - Pink Magic
Continuing from Yesung's new song, "Scented Things," which was played last week, I decided to play more Yesung songs. This song is a cute song about falling in love. It is a similar concept to Aerosmith's "Pink" song where once a person falls in love, the person would see pink everywhere. Everything is beautiful when a person is in love. It was a good call for Yesung to dye his hair with a pinkish tone.
Super Junior - THIS IS LOVE
Super Junior consistently has great music. It is a shame that I can't highlight all of them on my show.
To continue the romantic feeling from the last song, I am highlighting the "THIS IS LOVE" song from 2014. This is the basic declaration of love from Super Junior. When a person is in love, every little thing becomes an object of love. I would definitely put this on the Valentine's day list.
For me to tireless create shows on AMP for over two months, this is love.
Red Velvet - 러시안 룰렛 Russian Roulette
Russian Roulette is a strange music video in which the members almost kill each other. Or are they? It remains a mystery why they would want to kill each other and be so casual about it. The song itself is great and fun to listen to and I guess life is a gamble. The song talks about why the person loved thinks love is so casual and a game, so Red Velvet tells the person they love to take a gamble and choose them instead.
Red Velvet will be out with their full length album soon, "Chill Kill." It is going to follow the same type of theme of almost killing people, I think based on the title alone. Their album will be released on November 13th so watch out for it after my show ends.
Mark - Golden Hour
Recently, I came across an old NCT video of Haechan reacting to Mark's Golden Hour video. Mark's raps and delivery are really great. Mark also explained in a recent interview that he felt that he wanted to sing more than rap. There is no doubt that he has a great talent in rap, but it was not in his interest to create a rap solo album, but more of a vocal album. I hope one day he can have his own album and be proud of it. I believe in Mark's potential.
The lyrics are provoking and witty. He doesn't know how to make eggs, but no stress because he is never hungry. Wow. SuperM? In the end, the song makes me think what in the world it is about? It's messy (organized chaos) and it's up for interpretation. Genius.
WayV - Moonwalk (天選之城)
天選之城 (Tian Xuan Zhi Cheng) means the chosen city from heaven or a city that the sky/heavens selected. The song talks about a utopia city free of suffering. Is there such a place? There is no such thing as perfect or even the idea that something can get too perfect for me.
I really love this song and WayV incorporated a moonwalk in their dance routine. I dare say that this is my favorite WayV song of all time. However, I know their new album, "On My Youth" is coming out on 08-NOV-2023 so please look for it after my show ends.
SHINee - Sherlock and Clue
SHINee's song, "Sherlock and Clue" is a mash-up of the the two songs with that title. I enjoy listening to this song, especially the opening part in which they really build it up with each member. By the time we get to the chorus, everyone was harmonizing powerfully. This songs is for all the detectives and curious people out there.
It's also great to see SHINee as five members.

Aespa - Zoom Zoom
"Zoom Zoom" is a Japanese song for the OST album of BEYBLADE X. It was released earlier in the month on 06-OCT-2023. I haven't actually listened to this song yet so I am playing it for the first time on my show so we can listen to it together.
In this song, Aespa sings about "zoom zoom" as in speed and doing dangerous actions and being extraordinary. They seems to be battling enemies in this song. This sounds like a great song for a game.
